executive chef, Cesar Rodriguez, designs menu items that are sure to tantalize
your taste buds.
As a native of Nicaragua, Chef Cesar moved to Houston in 1984. He completed culinary
school in 1994, and within six months became an executive chef in high-end dinning.
Outside of creating culinary masterpieces, Chef Cesar enjoys spending time with
his wife and four sons.

With its southern Louisiana roots, Denis’ Seafood House at Memorial City features
a wide variety of fresh broiled, blackened and sautéed Gulf Coast fish and seafood
along with Cajun and Creole specialties. Since 1988, it has been pledged, “Nobody
does it fresher” and they back it up!!!
Denis’ fisherman supply the restaurant with whole fish caught daily from the
Gulf. Their seasoned chefs hand select each and every one, and then fillet them
in house. This unique approach guarantees that nobody else can offer the largest
and most unique variety of the freshest seafood straight from the Gulf. We are
